Definitions

The Publisher: The individual or entity that publishes online services intended for the general public.

Some of your device’s technical data is collected automatically by the Site. Retention of data for the duration of the contractual relationship

In accordance with Article 6-5 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties, personal data subject to processing shall not be retained beyond the time necessary to fulfill the obligations defined at the time the contract was entered into or beyond the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.

Retention of anonymized data beyond the contractual relationship / after account deletion

We retain personal data for no longer than is strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. After this period, the data will be anonymized and retained solely for statistical purposes and will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever.

Data Deletion After Account Deletion

Data erasure procedures are in place to ensure that data is effectively deleted once the retention or archiving period required to fulfill the specified or mandated purposes has expired. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties, you also have the right to request the deletion of your data, which you may exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.

Data deletion after 3 years of inactivity

For security reasons, if you have not logged in to the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email asking you to log in as soon as possible; otherwise, your data will be deleted from our databases.

The User may delete their Account at any time by simply requesting it from the Publisher OR by using the Account deletion menu in the Account settings, if available.

Account deletion for violations of the Privacy Policy

In the event of a violation of one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or restrict your use of and access to the services, your account, and all Sites.

We are committed to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks of accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of your personal data. Applicable law and remedies

Arbitration Clause

You expressly agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, including its interpretation or enforcement, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration platform mutually agreed upon, to which you shall submit without reservation.

Data portability

The Publisher agrees to provide you with the option to retrieve all of your personal data upon request. This ensures that Users have greater control over their data and retains the ability to reuse it. This data must be provided in an open and easily reusable format.
